Immaculate, Large Detached Villa with Stunning Private Pool


This is an immaculate and very spacious south facing villa and the perfect place for your holiday. This villa is ideally located and has mains gas central heating throughout which offers instant hot water on demand, so no waiting around for showers whilst the electric boiler refills. There are also brand new air conditioning units in the lounge and in all bedrooms that provide both cold and hot air as required.

All the furniture in the house was brand new in 2020, so in perfect condition. Although the beds are shown unmade, all bed linen and towels are provided and more photos will be added shortly. The lounge is modern and tastefully furnished, with two very comfortable sofas. The focus of the room is a stylish and modern TV/display area, with the TV having a range of UK and international channels available. There is also free WIFI at the villa. Through the sliding patio doors, on the covered terrace, there is a dining table and 6 chairs that enjoy fantastic views of the pool area. The semi-open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, electric cooker, hob and hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a very useful shower room, with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin, all newly-fitted.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with a double built in wardrobe providing plenty of hanging space and en-suite shower room. The en-suite is newly fitted and fully tiled in a contemporary design, with a large walk in shower, WC and washbasin in a lovely vanity unit. This bedroom has its own private terrace, with a table, 4 chairs and parasol. Also upstairs are Bedrooms 2 and 3 with comfortable twin beds, also with double wardrobes. On the landing there is a further shower room, again newly fitted and with a large walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Also from the landing, there is access to another terrace area.

Outside the villa also has its very own private pool (which can be heated, at an additional cost) and large, fully enclosed terrace area, luxuriously tiled in marble. This is directly south facing so enjoys the sun all day and feels very private. Perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying a drink under the stars in the evening.

On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort’s Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.

As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis tables, and a petanca court. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path, in addition to a well-equipped gym. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings, an animal-themed crazy golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around. 

The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail thereapy.

**NB The damage deposit is to be paid by bank transfer or debit card, along with the final payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is no facility to pay this in cash at the property**
