Beautiful Apartment with Stunning Golf and Mountain Views

This apartment is immaculately furnished and has been equipped with everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday. It has integral air conditioning, which provides hot and cool air as required.

The open-plan lounge is light & airy, with modern and stylish furnishings, including a sofa-bed that comfortably seats 3 and a breakfast bar with stools. The sofa can accommodate a third person, or makes the apartment ideal for two singles to share. There is free wifi and UK TV channels in the apartment. The spacious and stylish semi open-plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and there is a washing machine in a separate storage cupboard.

The master bedroom has a double built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space. The sliding patio doors lead directly out from the bedroom to the terrace. A hairdryer is also provided. The separate bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin, and wc. 

Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge to beautifully shaded terrace with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The large wooden pergola provides welcome shade. The nearest communal pool is just a few steps from the apartment stairwell and all 15 pools have both a children's pool and a large main pool and are all fenced in for additional child safety. The pool areas are set in amongst large, grassy gardens with palm & olive trees and an array of tropical plants. 

On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort’s Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.

As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis tables, and a petanca court. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path, in addition to a well-equipped gym. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings, an animal-themed crazy golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around. 

The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail thereapy.
